1. What do you think this myth tells about the ancient Greeks? What values did they have? Why would a story like this develop?

In the Ancient Greeks opinon, they are trying to say not all Gods are perfect. And for the Gods who worship, they were very powerful but also went through many rough times. A story of this type tells the reader, about how powerful Gods are.
